The Gift System allows you to purchase items for your friends using your own account. Gifts are delivered instantly after a successful payment.
How it Works
Who can receive a gift?
Your friend must have a registered 3rb.io account before they can receive gifts.
How do I find my friend?
You can search for your friend using either their Username or their unique Friend ID.
How do I send a gift?
Sending a gift is simple:
- Search for your friend using their Username or Friend ID.
- Select the item you would like to send.
- Review the recipient details and confirm your purchase.
- Complete the payment securely through Xsolla.
- Your gift will be delivered instantly after the payment is successful.
Why do I need to confirm before purchasing?
Before completing your purchase, you'll be asked to review and confirm the recipient's information. This helps prevent gifts from being sent to the wrong player.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Xsolla, a trusted global payment provider. Your payment information is handled securely, and successful purchases are delivered instantly.
When will the gift be delivered?
Gifts are delivered instantly once your payment has been successfully completed.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. After a successful purchase:
- You will receive a confirmation in your Message Box.
- Your friend will also receive a Message Box notification informing them that they have received your gift.
Can I send gifts without owning the item?
Yes. Gifts are purchased directly from your account and sent immediately to your friend's account. You do not need to own the item yourself before sending it.
Can I cancel or refund a gift?
No. Because gifts are delivered instantly after payment, completed gift purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. Please make sure you have selected the correct recipient before confirming your purchase.
