Clan Strikes

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all clans are subject to the Clan Strike System.

A clan may receive a strike if any of the following is found:

  • The clan name contains offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate language.
  • The clan description contains offensive or inappropriate content.
  • A member of the clan joins using an offensive or inappropriate username and the clan owner or staff fails to remove them after being notified.

Strike Levels

  • Level 1: 3-day strike.
  • Level 2: 7-day strike.
  • Level 3: 14-day strike.

Strike Stacking

Strikes stack immediately if violations are not corrected.

For example:

  • Level 1 (3 days)
  • Failure to resolve the violation → Level 2 is added immediately (3 + 7 = 10 days total)
  • Continued non-compliance → Level 3 is added (10 + 14 = 24 days total)

Clan owners are expected to resolve reported violations as soon as possible to avoid additional strikes.

Administrative Actions

The administration reserves the right to rename a clan or modify its description if it contains inappropriate content, especially if the clan owner fails to take action after being warned.

If a clan reaches Strike Level 3, the administration also reserves the right to permanently delete the clan without further notice if the violations remain unresolved or are repeated.
